I can't stress enough how patient and professional the doctor, Janet Lilley, and the nurses/surgical staff were from initial visit/review to after the completion of the surgery. My wife and I personally make it an effort to thank those who understand what TRUE customer service means from questions, followup, manageable billing options, etc. Finally, Janet has made a big effort to help me understand timing, fees, etc and I think you should make a big effort to reward her.
